Sewell Moorhouse were delighted to collect their Award for Excellence through Business Development at the Doncaster Chamber Business Awards 2005.
The Awards Ceremony was hosted by Christa Ackroyd, co-presenter of BBC Look North and Sunday Express columnist. It attracted around 700 guests from the region¹s business community, celebrating the excellence, creativity, innovation and spirit of Doncaster companies.
The event was a phenomenal success, reflective of the booming economy and profile of Doncaster itself.
Sewell Moorhouse collected an Award for Excellence through Business Development, sponsored by Yorkshire Bank.

Sewell Moorhouse a specialist finance and administration recruitment consultancy – was founded in Doncaster in 1998 and has since gained and sustained considerable growth. However, 2005 saw Doncaster operations developing significantly. The office experienced record results – with a phenomenal increase in activity; the accounting and finance division alone achieved overall sales growth of 88% and 40% of placements made by the senior recruitment division were with new clients to the business.
