Due to a large number of requests we have extended the deadline for entries up to the end of Saturday 21st August 2010 (1 week after the start of the Premiership season!).
All you've got to do is accurately predict the teams you think will finish in the top three and bottom three of the top two English Football Divisions. Entry is free and open to everybody. Fill in the form and click 'SUBMIT' to enter. All fields are mandatory.
