YORKSHIRE entrepreneur provides new solutions for a new world.

Cliff Sewell the entrepreneur behind successful recruitment businesses Sewell Moorhouse and CKC Recruitment has launched a new executive recruitment company called Venturexec.

 

Sewell, 39, has grown the new business from within his current ventures and after canvassing client opinion throughout the recession he now believes it is the right time to take the brand to market. “Our clients have told us the executive search industry needs to step up a gear”, said Cliff. “We have set up the new business to drive forward our competitive advantage. Clients want more transparency, speed and value; that fits our model perfectly.”

 

Mr. Sewell thinks that the expectations of Senior Executives will have changed markedly during the downturn. Post recession he believes that the corporate world will expect a whole lot more from its business partners.

 

Speaking before the launch, Cliff explained more, “The aim of this exciting new venture is to bring executive recruitment into the 21st Century. We want to really push our competitors hard as we come through a challenging time for the recruitment sector. We have a newer, fresher approach which aims to cut timescales, remove “smoke and mirrors” and refocus dated fee structures to drive results and not just cover costs.”
