Olivia Oxley

Liv originally studied Sports Teaching at university, and then fell into property for a few years after that. She’s been in recruitment since 2022, starting off resourcing for an education recruiter. She joined Sewell Wallis a year later as a consultant, due to wanting a role where she could progress and develop her skillset. Liv’s found her niche working with senior finance professionals, and she thoroughly enjoys building long term relationships with her candidates to find them their dream roles.

When she’s not working, she loves to wind down at the gym, followed by a long stretch in the sauna afterwards. Liv’s a big foodie, and loves to cook and bake for her family and friends, and you’ll regularly find her out for dinner with her friends, more than likely at an Italian or Japanese restaurant. She loves a wander around one of Sheffield’s green spaces as long as it’s not raining cats and dogs!

I deal with all senior finance roles with salaries from £50k. Just call me the Senior Accounting & Finance matchmaker!

What’s your favourite thing about your job?

I really enjoy finding out more about businesses I’ve previously heard of, but never known what else they specialise in and their wider business.

If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?

I’d teleport to all the countries I’d like to visit, or maybe be able to eat at all my favourite restaurants and never get full!

If you were stranded on a deserted island and could only have 3 things, what would they be? (no electronics!)

Lip balm, a big comfy t-shirt, and suncream – gotta protect that ginger skin!
