New Year, New starters!!!…..
With the New Year now on its way Sewell Moorhouse are delighted to announce the first of their new starters for 2010. Dale Spink has joined them and will be working in the Doncaster office with immediate effect.
Dale joins the business with a number of years finance recruitment experience under his belt and is looking forward to getting on with his new role. Dale said “I am really excited about joining the Sewell Moorhouse team, they seem to have a real passion and desire about them and have a great plan for 2010 and the years ahead. Sewell’s already has an excellent, established client base, which I am looking forward to working with.”
Nigel Brewster, Managing Director, is also excited about Dale joining “It’s excellent for Dale to be joining us early in 2010 for a number of reasons. Firstly it enables us to hit the ground running and get real momentum for 2010, but it is key that Dale is based on a patch where he works and is keen to further develop his reputation in the market. Lastly, Dale is not just about filling jobs but about long term relationship development and offering a real recruitment service.”
Dale is the first of what is going to be a structured growth plan for the Sewell businesses and is all part of a plan the business is working hard towards. Cliff Sewell, Chief Executive said “2009 was obviously a very challenging year for many businesses and we were no different. As a business we all sat down in 2009 and put together a plan on how we were going to move things forward and the majority of the business were very positive about what was ahead. Challanging objectives were set and some people felt that that was not for them and moved on and we as a business wish them the best of luck in their new careers. From there we set our 2010 development programme which everyone has embraced and it is already showing exceptional results not only internally, but I truly believe our clients and candidates are getting a better service because we now have a much more focused team with everyone pulling in the same direction.”
On the future Cliff also added “The team we have now are a credit to themselves and the business. This, with the new people we are adding, means the future for all of our brands looks not only positive, but I now feel we have got the winning atmosphere back and that can only be another ingredient for success.”
